lintasqq Terms of Use
These terms outline how we at lintasqq operate our platform and what happens when you create an account with us. Our service is available where local law permits, and you are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's law. We serve users across supported regions in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan.
When you join lintasqq, you agree to these terms. We cover account creation, verification, deposits and withdrawals, bonus conditions, service limitations, and dispute resolution. Account creation and eligibility
To create a lintasqq account, you must provide a valid email address and set a password. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access our services in your jurisdiction. If we discover that you are underage or ineligible, we will suspend your account and return any remaining balance to your original payment method.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We do not store plaintext passwords. Do not share your password with anyone, including lintasqq staff—we will never ask for your password.
Verification and account documentation
We require account verification before your first withdrawal. To verify, upload a government-issued ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement). Our verification team reviews documents within 24 hours. Once approved, you can withdraw to any payment method you've used for deposit. Verification is a one-time process for all lintasqq services.
If your documents expire or if we update compliance requirements, we may ask you to re-upload. We store all documents securely and do not share them with third parties outside our compliance team. If a deposit fails due to incorrect information, contact your payment provider or bank—we do not refund failed transactions. If a successful deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction ID and we will investigate with your payment provider.
Withdrawals and account balance
You can request a withdrawal to any payment method you've used for deposit. Withdrawals require a verified account and are processed within 1-2 business days. All withdrawals are fee-free—we do not charge any withdrawal fee. The amount you request lands in your payment method without deduction. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or during banking holidays (e.g., Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek).
Your account balance includes deposits minus withdrawals plus any winnings from football markets, live-dealer tables, slots, or esports. We do not charge a monthly fee or inactivity fee. Your balance remains in your account indefinitely. If you close your account, we will return your remaining balance to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We do not guarantee outcomes or offer bonuses

How we offer services on lintasqq

Account suspension and termination

If your account is terminated, your remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. We do not refund losses or offer compensation for account suspension.
Changes to our terms
We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and in-app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of lintasqq after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with new terms, you may close your account and request a return of your balance.
